TRAINING

The different types of training that we currently offer companies or organizations is:

DETAILED SYSTEM TRAINING

This is presented as we implement the system over the few months it will take and is done in-house at your premises, with your Managers or Process owners. These sessions will cover the detail of the specific standard being implemented and includes a practical session on how to start. Detailed notes and document templates are supplied.

INTRODUCTION FOR MANAGEMENT

This course is conducted in-house for Management so that they become familiar with the specific standard requirements to assist in implementation and for knowledge purposes when dealing with customers or suppliers.

STANDARD AWARENESS FOR EMPLOYEES

This course in conducted in-house for lower level employees and covers the basics of the standard being implemented and the definition and understanding of Quality, and the employee’s role within the company and system. Attitude, teamwork and the costs of quality are all subjects that are addressed.

INTERNAL AUDITOR (Against the ISO 19011:2011 Standard)

This course is conducted as an in-house course over 2-3 consecutive days and starts with an optional overview of the standard, and thereafter theoretical Auditor training. The last day is used as practical training as we conduct an audit of your newly completed System. This ticks the boxes for training and the completion of the first audit. A company should typically train 4 – 6 Internal Auditors.
