We specialise in the following Management systems - ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 18788, ISO 22001/HACCP/FSSC, and ISO 45001 but have also developed and/or worked on other ISO standards, GMP, TS or Safety files. We have also become involved with assisting companies to become compliant and open their doors with respect to the COVID 19 Regulations. We do the Risk Assessment, provide a Manual and can provide training. We also have an APP to manage staff and visitors when entering your premises. We provide the core documents required, for each specific system at a fixed price and then provide on-site follow up at an hourly rate. Telephonic assistance is provided free, for the full duration of the project. We sometimes do an initial Gap Analysis Audit of your existing system to evaluate its status. We Supply of the template System Manual and other lower tier documents eg. Risk Management, Work and Inspection Instructions, Job Descriptions, Approved Supplier’s format, Maintenance and Supplier Questionnaires. Specific Forms such as; Action request, Supplier Quality Alert, Audit planning and audits Training record etc. On-site assistance with the preparation of the System Manual and lower tier document development. One on one and group Training of Management and Staff. 1st and 2nd Internal Audits, together with training of up to 6 of your staff. Assistance in Change Management, for general improvement of your organization’s daily activities. Assistance and expert advice with the appointment of a Certification body, and preparation for the Certification Audit.
METHODOLOGY
We operate differently to the traditional Consultant who writes the system for you! We believe that you are the experts in your process, and that you have to be involved in the development of the system in order to use and maintain it correctly - and to get the type of benefits from the system that you should expect to get. As the system expert, we supply templates of the System Manual and lower tier documents, and you then customise these to what happens in your organisation. This method has considerable time and cost saving benefits, and results in a live system - not manuals that sit on the shelf until the next surveillance audit!
1 MANAGEMENT BRIEFING
I will initially provide Management with the essential information they need to make the best decisions for your organization. This visit is at no charge.
2 INITIAL GAP ANALYSIS AUDIT
This would be conducted to assess how complete your existing system is to be in compliance with the applicable standard. Action plans and costs can be identified from this evaluation. This step is optional and typically only necessary when a nearly complete System is already in existence.
3 SUPPLY OF DOCUMENTATION
I would supply my templates for the necessary Systems to be developed.
4 ISO / SYSTEMS AWARENESS
This is conducted with Management and the Management Representative at an early stage in the process. Other staff are given ISO and Systems Awareness training about halfway through the project, and once the basic documentation – Procedures or Instructions have been issued.
5 IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTING
I will provide guidance at every stage of the process, mainly to the Management Representative, but also to Departmental heads and middle Managers. This is conducted and charged on an hourly basis. The more you understand and are able to do yourselves, the cheaper the costs will be! Free telephonic consulting is available for the duration of your project.
6 INTERNAL AUDITS AND TRAINING
I will assess your completed and implemented system to determine its conformance to the specific ISO Standard, and at the same time train Internal Auditors to audit your own system on an ongoing basis.
