The COVID 19 Check-in App has been developed to comply with the regulatory requirement that ALL workers, and now visitors or clients coming to your site, be asked specific questions every shift relating to their health and wellness with respect to the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Time taken, record keeping, and people touching the same clipboard and pen place a burden on and increase risk for all companies.
The COVID 19 Check-in App is simplicity itself and creates an individual record per employee and visitor, providing space for temperature reading and responses to the mandatory questions.
The COVID 19 Check-in App is designed to be loaded onto any Android device and operated by an appointed person in your company to capture these details. Employees details are pre-loaded to save time at the entrance and to collate the data – over time.
Costs have been kept to a minimum – for example;
A single-use licence for a company with less than 20 employees is a once-off cost of R500 – and a nominal monthly fee of R100 for data storage fees on your own secure site, created for you.
If you have multiple entrances, you purchase a license for each entrance.
Customising of the App, if required, can be done – on application.
The App is sold and licenced to an Android Device at your company,
If you have 2 Entrances, I suggest you buy a license per entrance, based on how many employees – use that entrance.
So, if you have 38 people – it’s actually slightly cheaper to buy 2 of the 0-20 licenses and have one at each entrance.
The data is stored on your own secure site (per license) – for which you get log in details and can see all your data and run reports. The Monthly fee is for this data – bigger companies will need more storage space, and hence the cost goes up.
Each individual entering will also trigger an email being sent. I suggest you set up on your email server an email address at your company e.g. covid@abc.co.za – so one person does not get flooded with emails.
